Felicha Downie Brown has a lifetime career excelling in people management and project development. Where she has dedicated the last 10 years to services in social welfare both in the private and third sector, with extense experience with young people and families.

Felicha has the skills, knowledge and experience to fully understand and deliver what is needed, understanding both sides of our professional relationships built, whilst always working within best practice, adhering to regulatory bodies and getting tasks done! With experience in Start-Ups and SME’s, supporting them to streamline processes and maximise system efficiency.
